Our guarantee on World's Best Cat Litter is limited to your use of one bag, and conditional upon your return of the balance of your order, shipped at your expense - we do not offer a refund if you have used more than one bag! If within 30-Days you or your pets are dissatisfied with a product ordered from StuffWeUse.com, simply return the unused product in re-sellable condition, and all open and partially used and empty product packages with a copy of your original purchase receipt for a refund on that product. Sorry, but we cannot refund any postage.
Your shipment will be shipped via UPS Ground Service whenever possible, and insured for its full replacement value. We will email your tracking number once it is shipped.
